Built for Hard Use. Backed for One Year.

Every P1DGN timepiece is assembled and tested with reliability in mind. We build watches to be worn, used, and trusted—not left in a display case.

One-Year Unlimited Warranty

P1DGN warrants each watch against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

If your watch experiences a mechanical failure or assembly-related issue during the warranty period, P1DGN will repair or replace the affected components at no charge.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Movement defects or failures
  • Assembly-related issues
  • Defective hands, dial, crown, or bezel components
  • Manufacturing defects affecting normal operation
  • Water-resistance issues resulting from assembly or manufacturing defects

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage from use
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, or improper use
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by impacts, crushing, chemicals, or extreme heat
  • Water damage resulting from an improperly secured crown or misuse beyond the watch’s rated specifications
  • Straps, bracelets, and consumable components subject to normal wear

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact P1DGNWatches@gmail.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos and/or video of the problem when applicable

Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to P1DGN. Return shipping after warranty service will be covered by P1DGN.

Our Commitment

P1DGN watches are built as hard-use tool watches. If something fails due to our workmanship or a defective component during the first year, we’ll make it right.
