Shipping Policy
Build-to-Order Process
Every P1DGN timepiece is hand-assembled to order. Unlike mass-produced watches that sit on warehouse shelves, each watch is built, inspected, and prepared individually to ensure it meets our standards for reliability and quality.
Production Time
Please allow 2–4 weeks for assembly and testing before your order ships.
Production times may vary depending on:
- Parts availability
- Order volume
- Custom configurations or special requests
- Holidays and carrier delays
Most orders are completed sooner, but we ask customers to plan for the full 2–4 week build window.
Shipping
Once your watch has completed assembly, inspection, and final quality control, it will be packaged and shipped. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as the order is processed by the carrier.
Domestic Shipping
P1DGN ships throughout the United States using trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by location but generally range from 2–7 business days after shipment.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available at this time
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once parts ordering or assembly has begun, orders are considered in production and cannot be canceled.
