Not every watch belongs in the standard lineup.

The Special Projects Division (SPD) exists for one-off commissions, commemorative builds, agency and team projects, and custom timepieces that require additional consultation, sourcing, or design work beyond our catalog.

This product is intended only for customers who have already completed a design consultation with P1DGN.

If you’ve been directed here following an email conversation, simply select the SPD Tier discussed during your consultation and complete your purchase.

After placing your order, please reply to our existing email conversation with:

• Your order number
• A summary of the agreed-upon specifications
• Any reference photos or additional information discussed during the consultation

This allows us to match your order with your project and begin sourcing components for your build.

Every Special Projects Division watch is assembled to order and built around the specifications established during our consultation. If your requested project requires components or work outside the selected tier, we’ll contact you before proceeding with any additional charges.

Whether it’s a personalized daily wearer, a retirement gift, a commemorative unit watch, or a completely bespoke build, every Special Projects Division project receives the same attention to detail and commitment to reliability that defines every P1DGN timepiece.
